A projecting steel-framed/Aluminium balcony which is bolted on to a building. Balconies can be cantilever or self-supporting to suit individual building design and construction requirements.
Cantilever bolt-on balconies protrude from the façade of a building with no visible means of support, apart from the fixings attaching them to the building.
Bolt-on balconies are complete units manufactured off site and attached to the building at a later stage. Our experienced fitters along with special purpose access equipment makes installation possible much later into the build program, even after all of the scaffolding has been removed.
